Schoolwide Expectations - Please speak with your student about the following areas, which will remain a focus moving forward:
-
Dress Code: Please review the school dress code with your student and help ensure that their clothing meets school expectations. More information about the school dress code can be found here. Students who repeatedly fail to adhere to the dress code may be assigned consequences.
-
Cell Phones: Cell phone use is not permitted during the instructional day. Students are expected to keep their phones put away and remain focused on learning.

Celebrations
Thank you to our students, families, staff, and community members who helped make Homecoming Week a success. From Spirit Week through Saturday’s dance, it was wonderful to see our community come together and celebrate Hornet pride.
Congratulations to the OCHS Marching Band for placing second in its class at this weekend’s competition and earning first place in General Effect Music. This is a tremendous accomplishment for our students and for the band under the first-year direction of Mr. Austin Dettor!
Here’s to a great week ahead!
